Compliance mark for Australia (RCM)

On March 1st 2016 Australia used a new single compliance mark for Electrical
Safety and EMC approvals to replace the A-Tick and C-Tick mark. The new single
compliance mark is called Regulatory Compliance Mark, or RCM mark. It uses a
Unique Electrical Safety Approval Number to identify if a device is fully compliant
with Australian electrical safety, Telecommunications and EMC regulations.
All electronic products import to Australian and New Zealand are mandatory apply
the RCM logo, suppliers must register online using the Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS) national registration database. Relevant RCM test reports
must be held by the supplier as evidence of compliance with the relevant RCM
standards.
