for EU countries that enforced from 2007 under 2009/125/EC directive for
control the energy using product impact on the environment. The ErP is replacing
the previous EuP (Energy-using Products) under directive 2005/32/EC.
For product in off model or standby mode, the power consumption should not
exceed 0.5 W.
